We use your information to schedule and provide care, check benefits, process payment, prepare superbills and communicate with you, including appointment texts if you agree. We do not sell personal information.

Website forms and analytics

Please don't send detailed medical information through website forms or email. This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic; no health information is shared with analytics providers.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text appointment confirmations, reminders and your intake link. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
